When we eat food Frequency  it damages our liver. The liver damage because of high blood sugar food. The third thing is, it damages due to high Fructose  food. One should not eat food Frequently. One should eat meal twice a day

Rest of the time it is free to clean itself. Liver likes raw vegetables and  cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, Cauliflower, reddish and cobbage family vegetables. If we have these kind of raw vegetables our live repairs itself.
